its been ages since i read this but it still keeps me up at night imo his death feels so preventable idc if it was intentional or not her actions were selfish and unnecessary he never asked for her feelings + she acted while he was unconscious (!!!) but what frustrates me most is that she essentially got away with it and ik guilt is supposed to be the consequence also punishment wouldnt bring him back but it doesnt feel like enough especially since he spent so long not even knowing how he died i almost wish it had just been a true accident like him turning on his back in his sleep that would still be a tragic way to go but at least there wouldnt be someone else to blame but instead im left feeling stuck with the idea that a strangers impulsive decision robbed him of his entire future and thats something i simply cant let go of like just thinking bout him seeing them take away all of his belongings and all the boring repetitive days that followed where he was stuck in this shell of a home with nowhere to go and nothing to do omg im actually going to start bawling my eyes out all over again
