Times are difficult right now and I understand that not everyone feels safe.
So, I just wanted to support everyone by saying this:
To everyone who may be affected by the outbreak of COVID-19, of which there are many, I wish you and your loved ones a speedy recovery. Let's remember to stay safe and practice the safety measures put in place by your government and the WHO.
If you're experiencing mental health issues and difficulty in managing those feelings and thoughts, know that you are not alone, and that there are still resources available to you for help.
