I’ve read many stories, but rarely do they leave me this deeply satisfied. Reunion isn't my usual style, but I am so glad I gave it a try. It’s a masterpiece that deserves every bit of praise. The author wrote an incredible story, and major kudos to the artist for depicting it so brilliantly—you can genuinely feel the characters' emotions through the art.
I’m usually hypercritical of male leads, but this man is almost impossible to hate. He is so unbelievably kind, protective, and emotionally intelligent that he had me sobbing. Words can't express how much I love him. Grandpa was another standout—even in death, he left such a powerful impact. I also thought I was going to hate the sister-in-law, but she turned out to be a total goat.
Overall, this was an amazing read. I sobbed, cheered, got angry, and felt every emotion right up to the final page. If you’re scrolling through the comments wondering if this story is worth your time, 100% go for it. Even if it’s not your usual genre, you won't be disappointed.

Am I the only one confused by the pacing. It feels like Yoon in running back and forth really quickly. I don't understand a lot of what's going on and how it's happening. And I even confuse how much information each character has. I'm usually not this critical over a manhwa— the story itself is really good, but the pacing is messing everything up. From the comments it seems the artist is leaving out important interactions too. Guess I'll have to go read the novel if I want to keep following the story...
It's a bl. And it has gambling. Basically the main character is with these men who (I think) kidnapped him or coerced him into playing cards by helping them cheat and win. However, when they were playing this time, the Male lead (who's a master at playing cards and cheating) won (obviously) and beat the shit out of the men but spared Main character. The main character and the male lead ended up living together. The male lead's crew was in charge of teaching the main character on how to play cards. It's similar to The Foul
I feel like the ending's realistic. Women who went through sexual violence often don't report it out of pressure or shame. Male sexual violence is significantly underreported. The manhwa's ending may not be satisfying, but it's definitely a realistic one.
