Im searching for this bl I was reading. In the manga it was a boy(whose name I have forgotten) he finished reading this book then he woke up and he was living the life of a character in the book who had the same exact name as him. He woke in a cage where he was being bedded and his best friend bought him(who also has the same name as his irl friend).
