Ok so in general age differences are cool with me, whats not cool is EMEL WAS A FULLY GROWN KNIGHT WHEN INTRODUCED. A fully grown man taking care of a child, and then falling for said child doesn't give you guys hives??? No? Like if they had been separated for Estelle's childhood then sure whatever, but Emel watched her grow up and then said yea I wanna tap that ass. It screams grooming, I just can't anymore.
I mean.... That's why he rejected her, right? At least one of the few reasons. He probably knew it wasn't right.... But like....... If she's an adult now and still likes him... And him vise versa.... I have nothing to say. If they both dive into a romantic relationship as adults, well..... I'm good.

they startd becoming all romancy AFTER she was i dunno minimum 16 I think and with those more mature clothes she started wearing and all....he realised she was becoming a women now, when that other young knight dude was after her and flirting with her and all...that is when he was like "OH SHIT" and that is why he kept his distance from her and in the end rejected her and left the house. He feels like a piece of shit for falling for his master whom he saw grow up and considered like something like a saviour angel to him. For having "such disgusting" thoughts about her, whom he puts on a pedestal as if she were something divine, pure, untouchable blah. So cause he now knows he will tarnish and hurt her if he stays he made this crazy ass plan to "do something for he" by gaining power and info and destroying everyone who may ever harm her from the outside. Cause she has enemies everywhere. Like a secret stalker bodyguard :D Even if they were to ever start dating and all, he will be the typical "guilt trip boyfriend". Who will always be like "god, is this alright?" and probs blame himself for anything that happens to her, because he thinks he doesn't deserve her, but is bad for her and knows the weirdness considering their past their age and all.....he is not doing anything wrong or nearly as "suspicious" as weirdos who truly go after underage people and act all like "ah i give up" blah...NO YOU AIN'T BITCH...WAIT....just wait until they are not minors, than you can go legally date a person who can consent more properly....anyway...yeah....all he is doing now is messing with her heart and mind, cause he is so mysterious and she ain't getting what and why he is doing whatever now being all in love and rejected and all
