I'll forever mourn THIS one doesn't have the 3 season the other one, 140+ of nothing at this point, have. This deserves it.
It's in a way simpler but with more charming characters, maybe one or two are not polished enough, and the main couple love each other so much. The finale was also one of the best.
The duke's whole personality is so refreshing to read and he's gorgeous too. Even if he went cold and distant surely it would be because of some valid reasons and not just pure idiocy.

COMPLETELY AGREE. i really love how he isnt like completely against exploring new sides of his own personality and also embraces what he enjoys with confident, which isnt being dumb or naive.
He still hasn't show anything remotely bad right? Like he's just inexperience and he didn't have any interest before so now he may get embarrased and contemplate a lot about what to do next or if Malocen is on the same page as him, but he knows he wants to do things for/to him even if the reason behind his interest kinda escape him for now hahaha
yeah, he seems more inexperienced and thinks a lot to himself. he seems also more like a guy that just follows what he is supposed to do? Like, he was told he had to marry, then he marry, he is told to be the authority then he takes charge, cute blondie seems to be the only thing unexpected in his life

I don’t mind the direction the story is taking. Although, I would have loved for it to be Walter instead of Youngjo—but then again, he and Garam are just good friends, whereas Youngjo is a former flame, so there’s that sexual chemistry needed to drive the plot forward.
I wonder what’s going on with the professor... so much time has passed, and he hasn’t tried to seek him out—or, at the very least, we still don’t know how much effort he put in (if he did anything at all) to win Garam back. He’s such a proud man, and, at the same time, a psychotic one.
Damn, Garam's loneliness hurts... even though he chose this lifestyle himself to distance himself from everything that might remind him of his past—and now, Youngjo is there with him.
If Yosef reappears too, I might just lose it! Youngjo didn’t want to talk about him, and I highly doubt that, at this point, they aren’t still a part of each other’s lives. Garam doesn't need more people's drama and lies.
And Youngjo's words and actions are right, nice and comforting, all that in a handsome packaging ready to give Garam whatever he desires. I hope he matured enough to actually help and not take advantage of Garam's mental state so he can be forgiven for his past actions or win him back.
I hope he only responds to being called princess by him from now on hahaha how cute he was!!!

Re-reading this masterpiece really put some things in perspective.
Sometimes being fwb is better than forcing a relationship. This story is one of them. The top is very pushy, unlikable, rapey, selfish... an ass really.
