What if dillon really was originally dillon and not adeline? Given how it showed that cedric would love dillon regardless of her body and identity as long as its *her*, what if katarina was the original adeline and she was envious of dillon and that feeling got transferred over somehow if she reincarnated as dillon (or hailey/mrs. Samuelson). Was thinking because it seems like everything in what we think is the og timeline seemed off/wrong? As pointed out by katarina, it seemed that dillon had grown into the role of dillon and everything turned out as if that’s how it shouldve been from the start.

So it wouldnt be weird to think that maybe that’s how it shouldve been from the start and the current TL is like the world correcting itself.

My review of the entire series after reading it:

I like it as a whole! Its a nice story with a very green forest couple that love and support each other. They try not to have misunderstandings and earlier ones from the start of the story get resolved quick and to me act as like a building block that they learn from to be as communicative and healthy as they are! I loved that they showed elissa's baby bump to get progressively bigger as time went by. Generally from chapter 1-85(?) is pretty good!
Sadly it kinda derailed after that with the ending being so rushed from chapters 96-100. Emphasis on chapter 100. People are right to say that the ending ruins the whole thing cuz Like what the hell does mr divine tree sage mean by you already found the answer like what huh ???
Like i know my critical thinking skills aren't that great but i dont think im wrong jn assuming that the answer is they love each other and that fixed things????? Like she was next to her ancestor's lake, said she'd sacrifice her life to keep ML alive then boom bam they live. I don't know what im missing because like isnt that basically the same thing as what her ancestors did?? Only difference is that the souls werent merged but also they were because ML wanted to save Elissa?? Like they literally sped through that and the ending was so half baked. I honestly wouldve given this a 9.5/10 if it werent for the ending. It couldve been fleshed out better but aye! Apparently the artist didnt take a single hiatus doing this work so i appreciate it!
