Another alternative for safe browsing: Tor.

I haven't actually tried how fast the Tor browser runs on mangago (as I've no need), but you can try that. It's also available on Android: https://blog.torproject.org/new-alpha-release-tor-browser-android

No problem. I'm not so familiar with the Indonesian web censorship if it stops at just censorship, but if in case it doesn't, go with Tor. Opera isn't a true VPN, which means you're still trackable to some extent.
