Did read the raw what can i say is the seme is childish and want attention from uke when he first time broke up w him but he keep doing that (a big red flag for me, if its me bye bye you never see me again HAHA). So later the seme got into accident after 7th broke up ig when otw to uke beg for forgiveness (karma). Uke didnt know that he thought seme really broke up w him this time (he always clueless why seme always want to broke up but never asking after first broke up). Then uke call seme for the last time to closure (hes drunk and sleeping in the park) so seme come n brought him home and they uke come to seme place to communication in the morning. After that they back together (●￣(ｴ)￣●)
The seme is quite annoying but maybe he's puppy seme type people like him overall the story is fine.
