So there's a single father and his kid. I think that the father falls in love with his son's teacher and the teacher moves in with them or at least visits them often. Anyway, there's a second story where the kid is now a high schooler and he falls in love with another boy.
I think that the kid is blonde? Don't quote me on that.

Hey, I'm looking for an anime.
It's about a school girl who is very depressed. She's quiet, has black hair, and has dark circles under her eyes. Her brother is a model student and overall person, but in order to relieve his stress he beats up his sister almost every night. (Her classmates also bully her.) Anyway, because she is so miserable, she is given a gun that transports people. I think that she found a stray cat and started taking care of it, but the cat either died, somebody killed it, or somebody took it to an animal shelter (I forgot). The bullies tried to rape her so she used the gun on them and it transported them to train tracks and they died.
Any ideas what it's called?
