Yo I had pre-eclampsia and was told to stop eating carbs, when I tell you I couldn't last 3 days. I was able to stop the bread, pasta etc but rice. Especially white jasmine rice not the brown nonsense rice. I had to go back and tell my doctor I'm going thru depression so he better help
