Poor baby is traumatized and can't think properly... I also was angry at him at first, but his action is understandable, He can't think properly, and He's terrified of the thought of Yule actually killing DongHyuk.
Everything He was doing after entering the house looked like a good bye, and it's important to remember that right now He is with Dong Hyuk only because of Geon's actions, and, given their past, Kyungsoo probably realized this situation might not last as Geon could just be using him once again to hurt Yule, and then change his plans again without having the kindness to inform him or even consider him.
Without Geon's support He has 0 chances of protecting DongHyuk from Yule, so He is simply saying good bye. But what He probably hasn't thought about is that leaving Yule once again... for DongHyuk... that is too much for his ego to stand. So at this point I believe Yule would kill DH no matter what.
