I really liked that Trevor didn't tie Gene down to a relationship, especially considering how young Gene was and how new he was to the outside world after growing up Amish. Instead, he gave Gene the freedom to live, explore, and experience everything without limiting his horizons. But knowing, after all those years, Gene still finds his way back to Trevor says everything about how deeply they love each other. BUT 16 YEARS!? BRUH THAT'S TOO MUCH FOR ME(༎ ෴ ༎)
