Half a shocker, those goodnight kisses most likely has got to do with Jun's dead father/Silon's ex partner/former MU failed experimental subject's last words or wishes to kiss his son a goodnight or whtvr as he was nearing his death. Nothing mind breaking. But maybe he wasn't lying when Silon told Jun he saved him by chance. He couldn't have watched over him all these years due to guilt, right? If he did or did not doesn't matter but either way, he feels responsible for whatever that happened
