Tbh I don’t think he has yearned enough yet. This whole “we’re not going to ever need to worry about marriage” mindset is going to start another arc just watch. Either that or he just changes his mind and goes all “lets marry”. I do understand that its the one part of his life that he feels he truly has control over, and that’s also why he took so long in coming around to date MC, however it wasn’t even his idea. If his friend (who also seems to be hopeless in finding someone he truly cares about) didn’t say anything then ML would still be wallowing in jealousy and self pity and “woe is me why isn’t she choosing me even though i KNOW she wanted to be my girlfriend”.
All in all, bro is a loser and FL shoulda chosen one of the other men who could’ve provided more emotional fulfillment but hey, they weren't the ML.
Agreed, I can't remember why he doesn't want marriage but it's probably silly. I don't remember about her thoughts on the matter, wonder if he actually knows she's not interested or is wrong about that? I see issues though. He's so confidently wrong about things throughout the story so far, I expect more of the same from him.
Hope she walks away again if she does want marriage and he doesn't.
Yeah. I also don’t exactly know if she wants marriage in the future, but right now I think she has little to no interest because of her own family ordeal. She was making funny faces when he was saying something about never marrying and being perfect together but Im assuming she’s going to want marriage eventually.
I think the main reason he doesn’t want to marry is because his family is forcing him to try and meet women to marry and he feels that he has done everything that they ask of him so he needs to control who he’s going to be living the rest of his life with at the very least.
I mean it's his choice if he doesn't prefer marriage but then he should also look for someone who isn't interested in marriage, not try to be with someone who wants to date with marriage in mind and expect them to follow his values.
I 100% agree with you in that it’s his choice. Finding someone who doesn’t want marriage is hard as hell (at least in these stories where ML has money and is hot) and he has every right to reject anyone who doesn’t meet this standard.
It’s just 99% of the time, one of them will start wanting marriage (and tends to be the MC because the man does stick to his standards. Then she either gets pregnant or has some family circumstance (like an arranged marriage or whatnot) that makes ML change his mind.

Doesn’t speak up for herself, jumps right back into his arms after saying it’s over, never speaks a word about what’s going on inside her mind, and then expects but also doesn’t expect anything from ML at the same time.
Yes I get it, the ML is an asshole, but he always was. He’s always acting on his own whims because he knows (especially in these latest chapters) that he can control her with money. Bro needs some mental help and will continue to expect the MC to play along with everything he wants. She barely stood up to him in the past office scene but that barely changes anything.
Also the way he knows his mother is a bitch but still does nothing about it even though he easily can. He also knows that she made MCs life harder and mentions nothing in terms of reassurance to the MC or even his 1/2 sister.
I wanna see her finally runaway. Ik it won’t be for long but still
