Well, it depends on the person. If they're shy then learn about their likes and make a plan then ask them if they want to hang out. If they're not shy though just ask them directly
Plot for me but the artstyle is important too. If the proportion of characters isn't good then I'm out. I don't mind reading a story with bad artstyle but it needs to have a decent proportion of the human body. Like pls at least don't make the body too big, it isn't pleasing in the eyes
Um I guess it depends on the people surrounding them. I grew up in very good community so I have it on easy mode. Grew up with love, just enough money and is kinda healthy. Not saying that's the only factor though
