most prolly, the cleaning from the translation team uses AI to remove watermarks and stuff. But for the background, the artist actually uses 3D backgrounds assets that even a lot of manhwa artist utilize.

It is a mistake I guess because it is a doujinshi made by the group Nanana Nana also you can see the difference in art style. Really I don't know who posted this on Mangago but they were wrong !
