Both single parents got together making them brothers not by blood (●￣(ｴ)￣●)
They were Step-Brothers through the marriage of their parents.
1. I could only remember the first chapter where the uke meets the seme on a plane and was impressed with how the seme is undisturbed with all the whole plane shaking and being loud (idk the uke might spilled something on the seme shirt I don't really know)
2. This one is about a seme (he could be an uke too but I'm pretty sure that he's a seme) who scouts for girls and tells them that they could become idols, but in fact they work in as jav actors in the end. I guess somehow the seme scouts the uke but got rejectec?
