Don't go to toxic yaoi realm and expect goddamn vanilla fluff. This one gives actual toxic, fucked up, morally evil concept from the MC without the plot being pretentious / sprinkling "toxic" plots randomly.
PLUS, we got an evil bottom. That's rare in these parts nowadays, y'know. It's a better experience reading the novel of this, much more detailed, I say.
