Gosh this seems soo good the art is so good and the concept of one guide for multiple espers is SOO good (need more), but GAWT DAMN is the writing all over the place.
One chapter the main guy is being assaulted then the next chapter he’s being harassed again then the next chapter he’s molested, all of this happening with ZERO breaks or explanations or consequences They place so much emphasis on how important it is to protect him, yet show zero concern when he’s unwell!!! Pmo
The pacing is just so rushed. In a single chapter there are at least 5 instances of a dramatically large word bubble trying to make something seem important, only for it to immediately be forgotten about 2 panels later.
Like are we forgetting he was just BIT in the NECK?! And not even a bite mark was left? Oh ok a big ahh bruise that showed up… later… ok…
Oh well nevermind it just disappeared and reappeared for two whole chapters before disappearing FOREVER, even though like 2 days passed in universe!! Okay!!
It’s so hard to like the main couple when they Deadass have no chemistry and are only into each other because they were written to be!!! Like MC has a better dynamic with the Czernsy or Coda atp. Maybe Im being over dramatic, but there is soo much going on every chapter it’s like the story is being made up panel by panel
OF COURSE I’m gonna keep reading for the art and drama (even if horribly planned out), but I really wanted to complain! It probably doesn’t get better
