I don’t really find suspicious it cause Mr Kim’s and Nunas words got under his skin. And he finally learned the truth about nakyum that he wasn’t lying and wasn’t trying to run away. So he regretted it all and if he was suspicious he wouldn’t have barged into jihwas household with his father in it. He basically did all that in some sort of way trying to apologize to him but not really. This chapter is basically telling Nakyum that’s he’s in control know and he did give him consent. But either then that I didn’t find it suspicious. We found it shocking but not suspicious.
The only one I find suspicious is the author she’s planning something I know she is because she is so unpredictable
