this sounds pretty silly. it is. but like, there's some similarities between him & knockers, especially the 'evolved' ones. also, if humanity (more specifically, being human) is defined by the ability to love or care or whatever, & the only thing that differentiates fushi from knockers is that ability... hm. hmmm...
i could not care less about the duke. i am, instead, here for roxanne because i just think she’s hot and the poor woman deserves Better.
so. so here are some possible aus:
1) roxanne leaves her shitty ex-husband’s ass & does whatever she wants in life. amazing, show stopping, short and sweet.
2) the divorce is finalized faster & roxanne marries the allegedly gentleman second male lead (white hair, blond man), where they live in warmth & happiness & all that domestic wholesome bliss shit.
3) canon divergent au where roxanne gets the permission to have an affair, but with ANYONE (and not a coward like her shitty ex-husband). if she & the maid are, you know, both consenting adults they could be having the nice, lovely, steamy romance of roxanne’s dreams. roxanne could be having an affair with that host lady, even. or even the other woman with her own shitty, cheating, neglectful husband.
4) you know i had to include this. roxanne & the girls team up and abolish/revoke/etc. these clearly wacky and ominous marriage rules & general treatment of women and girls there. so roxanne gets equal shit in the divorce & can live on her own without being forced to depend on those around her. & then!! she can do whatever the fuck she wants too.
hyunsung and jimin are unfairly pretty !!! i think hyunsung’s personality is really cute, but somewhat naive and oblivious. i have conflicting feelings on the current dynamic the main couple have, but hey; at least the art’s fun to look at lmao

My hands are shaking, it’s one am, and my heart is about to implode. God, the tension building up to this was — it was absolutely perfect! The stress and desolation Iris felt was so tangible, i felt like i was forced to do a university exam in under a minute for those few chapters. (￣∇￣") That propaganda scene on its own was hella wild — I mean, c’mon, Iris even pulled out the tears! There’s so much going on now and I Love it. Iris is totally gonna kick those guys’ asses and obliterate them into dust or something (if only I could come up with a better comparison!).
