I think this is the first time seeing a character whose change is not just "I love u now" and magically everything else is in the past
Nakwon is actually regretful of the bad things he did to Mokhwa. He knows there's no excuse to justify himself and that he has no right to expect Mokwa welcoming his feelings.
Now, them getting together is gonna be all the more worth it
Exactly. He doesn't even expect to be loved back cause he knows what he did was never gonna be justifiable, he just want's to be by uke's side now and help him, he doesn't force himself on him now either. This is most of the reason why I'm starting to like him, other ml's would be trynna beg for forgiveness to make the other fall in love with them or treat the rape as something normal or act like it never happened.
I also like how he doesn't ever forget it, and keeps reminding himself for the horrible thing he did. I feel like even when they get together he's prolly gonna remember and regret forever.
I'm surprised at how nice this turned out to be
The story could have gone to a more cliché "seme do stuff with dubious consent just because he claims to love the uke" but noooo! Here, the prince wants to better himself, is patient, they get closer and want to be on the same page.
In short, this is turning out to be pretty cute and enjoyable
I bawled my eyes out the entire chapter
