Soooo... I tortured myself and re-read this... spoiler.... spoiler... I'm about to ramble and vent wild conspiracy theories.. and here we gooo
So 1st.. I always thought mephisto put a womb in leon, nope, turns out Leon was an Omega the whole time. First clue was when Negal told leon that his womb was the only reason he was still alive. Then Leon confronted Mephisto about putting it there and he said "I can do many things, but putting a womb in you isn't one of them. It was already there Or something like that. Next clue was in the flash back when Leon was with cliff and he was going through heat cycles. It happened more than once I believe. Lastly, the fact he's been giving off a scent and leaking from his bottom are also traits of omegas ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄ .
2nd.. I believe Leon is of royal decent in his world as well. Because in the flash back when cliff was looking at Leon's hands he noticed he already had sword man training. Plus the way he spoke and carried himself were giveaways.
Lastly.. I think Negal and Cliff knew each other. Because of the way Negal reacted when he saw leon wearing the earrings that cliff gave him he got mad. I also think cliff might be in Leon's world, but that's just pushing it now.. lol

After reading this chapter and seeing someone comment about chapter 1 and them ending up together. Question rose up: what if that' wasn't real?
I mean.... hear me out for a second..... We just saw Eckstein imagine strangling Kieran, what if what we saw in chapter 1 was also a hallucination?
