literally one of my favourite mangas of all time

i was reading this yaoi manga where a man was a big CEO and his family was under the protection of a dragon?? and he fell in love with the dragon and so did the dragon but the dragon went into a coma???
it was a yaoi and Korean
would appreciate leads <3
