Hi I'm looking for this Bl and I can remember some parts of the plot but I just can't find it - bottom has some information about something important from an old man on an island or a small town and only he can get it - a gang or smth inject him with a poison and he has to get the info or he dies if he gets it they will give an antidote - at the end he gets the info and the antidote - the top is I think one of the bad guys but he feels empathy towards the bottom and takes a lil care of him
