late reply but maybe to signify her change? like amy used to fall a lot and bandage herself up (basically hide herself from others and be weak and constantly get emotionally hurt by the same stuff (her trauma)) but her legs signify that she has one big scar from her past but it’s healed and she’s not afraid/doesn’t need to hide herself from others (hence the no bandages)
