Reading this manga wouldn't make you a real life pedophile. Also there's no such thing as CP, but CSAM/CSEM, children can't participate in porn, they're sexually abused and such materials are not meant to be entertaining and used as sexual relief like porn is. As long as the characters are fictional and not based on real children, it's not CSAM/CSEM.
