whats a good storyplot, tittle and type of protagonist people desire nowadays.
i've been drawing a webcomic for a year without a plot, i'm losing all my creative imagination since i grew up, i cant draw for a long period of time like i used to anymore, maybe i need to refresh my brain with new stories. am i dying- no im not, i'm already dead inside
Follow a trend and add your own little twist in it. Something that'll stand out to the public but also make them feel familiar. Isekai's pretty popular right now but the market is overflowing with the same old plot line. Think of something unique, like idk, a reverse isekai lol. As for the protagonist, it depends on your target audience. You hoping to reel in guys who like power fantasy stories? Fujoshis who want some BL? People who just read casually? Also, set some limitations. If you're not skilled in drawing fancy backgrounds and effects, maybe stay away from the fantasy or sci-fi stuff. Those things require proper world building.
Going with your feelings of loss... take a character that has lost every thing. he has to build him/herself back up again and start over.how would you go about getting it back up again . Opening setting anywhere prison cell. empty room a desert. Time period unknown the character is bent and broken. covered in chains why? something is keeping you from producing explore that. who or what would do that. to that character?
