I don't think you understand. The author of this specific manhwa knows that their work was uploaded in thie site (years ago). Site almost went down bcs of said author that's why the manhwa was deleted. As for the other illegal comics THAT ARE STILL in this site, none of the other authors know that this site uploads it and they may or may not care that their work is being pirated.
IF someone uploads the chapters here again, big fat chance the same thing will happen again (the SOME dumb mangago user will upload the illegal chapters on some social media website). Since we cannot monitor the activities of users BEYOND this site, it is very hard to prevent the same thing happening again UNLESS the chapters are deleted/doesn't exist in the site. We should keep it that way to prevent the same thing happening. Do you understand now? Some authors aren't afraid to bring lawyers into this.
