I was expecting to see comments talking about how interesting the seemingly second ml is considering I am having trouble trusting what he says and how he interacts with mc. Like how loyal is second ml to Guwon?? Some of you just won’t shut up about how hot it is. We just ended the chapter horrifically and THAT’s what your takeaway is?? ???

Previous chapters had many people commenting and discussing theories because the story was finally moving along settings with enough information for us to discuss, with this new chapter, we are still getting a feel for the new setting, the Hounds, and what else is going on, so it's understandable the theory comments are off this week. The readers of this manhwa discuss a lot of theories a majority of the time.
So far, I wonder if Sanjun wants to take Guwon’s place. In the beginning, it was stated that Sangjun is like a venomous snake that doesn’t alarm you up until it strikes. He didn’t care about killing a hound he’s been beside for many missions. Sangjun also calls the hound an idiot when he kills him. I’m taking that as the hound being an idiot for having such a shabby attempt at killing Guwon because he lacked meticulousness. One could argue he still killed the hound instead of letting him shoot Guwon, but Sangjun probably doesn’t want to work with an idiot who can’t keep his emotions in check. Sangjun also protects Jinwoo yet is also analyzing his loyalty and abilities. He obviously followed Jinwoo when Jinwoo split off from the group with Dr. Lim’s ring. Sangjun has potential to be the next Guwon but crueler. Why not take the person Guwon holds closest just to see what’s so special about him? Anyways these are all just theories!
hold up you're cooking with this one. i genuinely think the same thing. it's obvious the other hounds are loyal to guwon, meanwhile sangjun seems to be a wild card. if anything, i think the hounds will be killed off one by one, leaving guwon with no protection. after all, slow and steady wins the race. while idk if sangjun wants to take guwon's place because of his ambitions or vendetta, given this is a BL, he'll most probably be the 2nd male lead and will form a (shaky) alliance with sangjun - 'shaky' because we still don't know MC's backstory or why he's attacking people in his sleep. and with sangjun seemingly not showing a shred of remorse for killing another hound, he's probably not the most reliable of allies. but neither is guwon. who knows!!! cant wait for next week's chapter!

Your theory is similar to the mythos of sisyphus and his brother ( Salmoneus) where sisyphus tries to seduce his brothers daughter 'Tyro' (literally his niece, gross but alas it's greek mythology) in order to kill Salmoneus. In the end, Tyro kills their two children when learning Sisyphus was planning to use them to dethrone Salmoneus.
