How long you think it'll take Maxi to accept that Riftan doesn't think she's too pathetic for being beat, or whatever her worry was that kept her from telling him all this time? I want to see him laughing with Tei a lot more! And I want Tei to invoke his position as Beloved to act a little jealous and explain that he wants to be Shuraka's only lover and that he doesn't want to leave him.
I wish Princess Agnes would have used her authority to keep Maxi with her. I feel like her knights also understood that she didn't really feel comfortable with her father. But Riftan has always believed her father did cherish and spoil her so I don't think he'll listen to them and will assume she chose to leave him and go home.
