I read this some time ago and I’m trying to find it again. I apologize in for the very long post and thank you in advance for all the help!

Female lead enters a contract marriage with male lead(a knight?), who is hiding the fact that he’s actually the emperor’s brother. ML never showed any interest in getting into a relationship much less into girls. However actually had a crush on FL so he agrees to the marriage, which surprised the emperor.

ML tells the emperor that she doesn’t know that he is the emperor’s brother. The emperor being curious, disguised himself as a student at their school to spy on his “sister-in-law” to see what kind of person she is. I think his disguised was a short guy with glasses?

I believe there was something about a test where proving you had to prove you are real married couple, I order to win a house or something.

Not sure if this is part of the same story or might be from other ones:
- FL family takes advantage of her and uses her name to take out loans. I believe she worked her self to death (the first life) to help her family out.
- FL get a second chance at life and promptly breaks up with BF (now ex). I guess being with him once was enough
- Ex Boyfriend used the FL to do his class work and wrote his essay/ thesis. Second life, she revealed it to the school that she was the one behind all of his accomplishments.
