You might find some of your manga from reading or to read are in your already read list. It's a common occurrence for a lot of users from what people have saying and it's happened to me too. Just wait it out, wait until all of them have been restored and then see what happens.
Yeahhhh that's what I'm doing i think they are still sorting it out cuz it got the right number of what I used to have
