So, I don't really know Korean; however, I found raws of it and just tried to understand things by looking at the image. So, here are the things I understand:
1) We won't go through with the ML not recognizing who MC was. He recognized him.
2) The first encounter will happen at the 32nd chapter (at the end of the chapter)
3) The whole thing is 60 chapters, it seems
4) They fight and have passionate scenes though I am not sure the reason of fights. One happened in chapter 33 or 34 because ML bites MC’s neck (not in a fatal way), I don't know. I didn't really understand why MC tried to attack him.
5) ML sometimes loses his mind. For example, this happened when MC went away for some kind of quest with the wizard (the person that says MC is cursed, or mentioned some kind of a curse). He wrecked the whole place, ML and MC fight (fist to fist, kinda) then they had a passionate scene again.
It seems all end well (⌒▽⌒). But let me say it again, I don't know Korean. These are what I understandby looking images only. I can send the raw link as message if anyone wants it.

I guess. They met in chapter 32, had a fight (ML bites MCs neck fight) and a conversation in chapters 34, and the romantic scene started at the end of chapter 34. Like I said, since it is Korean, I only interpreted the images. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

For me, harems are only okay in comedy-based plots or plotless fantasy settings. Adding a harem with a sword-obsessed MC just ruins the story for me. Like how those Chinese manhuas were it either started as getting betrayed and getting revenge or training from weak to strong, they all started with a goal of being badasses unrivaled under the heavens but become ruined when harem members comes to play. Even if romances comes to play I'd rather have MC loyal to only one and that someone shouldn't be a damsel in distress either.

She's not entirely bad. Just ignorant, gullible, insensitive wjth a touch of youthful arrogance. She acts that way because she thinks everytjing is a fairy tale. And that she wants to fulfill her role of a hero who can save the world. You know kids. She'll eventually come to her senses when she get to experience the harsh reality that becoming a saintess to purify miasma and fight evil creatures is not an easy feat.

Season 1 ending with the MC and the saint tell the kingdom to find the way so they can return to their own world and the kingdom is working on it too. And for the ML and MC, what I got from mtl, they are not together yet but very very intimate (and I think their feeling is mutual too). The ML confessed his love and coaxed the MC to living together. but something happened and ML misunderstood that MC doesn’t into someone who is younger than him. ML got super cute here. and yes, there is kinda love rival, MC’s boss.
In season 2 the saint didn’t really that annoying like in season 1 because she already knows or experienced how terrifying the saint’s job and become a little more mature, she later got taken care by the crunch (like a nun I guess).
