Also they did mention that he has gone through lots of therapies and treatments but nothing helped. I think they did omit the part in the manhwa where they were showing that he only copies the words and expressions from the movies he had watch. He had teachers (the one who used to train actors) to train him how to evaluate and converse to be atleast a functional meber of society.
