Then out of boredom I picked a random chapter to see how the art style changed ( i love doing that ) and i saw a man in a hospital bed (the grandpa of yuyang's best friend ) and I INSTANTLY TAUGHT THAT ONE OF THE CHARACTERS HAS CANCER so I got back to chapter 3 to continue the story without realising that after saying all of that in the same chapter (nr 3 ) YuYang also said that those things were very unlikely to happen meaning that those were just examples of hardships in life ig BUT I DIDNT READ THAT PART because I scrolled by it by accident , I mean I red it very fast but I didnt understand what I was reading because I was thinking about the cancer thing and logically thought that there will also be a murder and a memory loss trope and how angst the plot will be so i didn't process the text in front of my eyes yk?
HAHAHAHA so I red the whole story thinking that YuYang's best friend's secret was that the had cancer and was about to die and didn't want anyone to know .... and that's why he didn't want to confess to pink hair guy and was also very distant with everyone one , makes sense right? Then I realised it was his grandfather that was sick so i thought that he had cancer and might die so that way YuYang's bestfriend would be alone without a family and find the courage to confess to pink hair guy and make a family with him idk , THEN i saw LiHuan sick in the latest chapter and I thought that he had cancer... everything was so confusing i was like "so who is getting cancer?" I even forgot about the murder case thing, the mountain thing or the car accident HAHAHAH everyone is healthy and good thank god but I red all this very anxiously hahahahah
