well the whole thing _could_ go in like rectum is about 15cm long and large intestine is between 1 and 1,5 meters so theres about 1,1-1,6 meters of space when the colon is empty. And that dildo is probably around 1 meter long. Also the traslation was kinda off. Taka said "You can reach up to sigmoid colon with this" but it goes trough it into the large intestine so better translation would´ve been "You can reach past sigmoid colon with this"
