I think you might have missed that part or misread it, but he was 15 when they MET (caps are for enphasis, not yelling), but Muhan was an adult when his heat happened, as we are let known with "Lee Muhan in his prime" and a caption adding he's of legal age in chapter 66. He was an adult when it happened. So rest assured, nothing happened with him when he was 15 except his crush. He might have even been on the latter part of his 15th year. It probably took a year/a year and a half for Juheon to get pregnant, plus gestation (18 is the legal age in most countries)
