As far as theories go, if Guwon isn't human, my guess would be that these were the parts of him that got cut off but somehow reattached like Frankenstein for example.
But it could also be a stylistic choice.
My main support for this theory was the SPAKLZ calendar where Teach had that exact tattoo on his finger, it was right at the cliffhanger chapter where he was about to cut it off, that's why.
But we'll see!
