As I slightly remember from the kiss me liar story I think alpha can mark multiple Omegas but when an a Omega mark an alpha it's permanent and they can only mark one which makes that alpha theirs(that's what I remembered
I mean alpha's mark can vanish when another alphas mark their Omegas which is useless

I did a rough read on the matter. Imo, it's not much related to the Asian culture. Every country has its own laws governing such matters, like inheritance debts, including Korea. It's quite similar to your country, where individuals are only liable for family members' debts if they signed as a guarantor for a loan or accepted an inheritance that includes debts. Although the law may not be perfect, it does protect the people from unfair circumstances. However, it can be different if the debt comes from unauthorized sources like from loan sharks which are usually run by criminal organizations/syndicates (yakuza, mafia, ahlong or wtv they are called in the country) This is what most manhwas like to incorporate in their storyline giving the author more freedom and creativity to write the story.
