I feel, in this case, is more like a gender thing, not race. its kinda like the way they treat women, the ideia of fragile, meek and submissive person.
But it's not a race thing, it's been pointed out in the story time and time again that it's similar to a gender issue, everyone expects the seme to be a meek lamb(feminine) and the uke needs to be fierce and strong (masculine) media literacy is not there apparently
I believe it's a gender thing aswell but I genuinely don't think it's the deepest thing ever if you pick up racial elements or find the to be overlap
Idk man. Even herbivores treat him as feminine so I really don't see the racial overlap in this besides hard coded gender roles
i also think it’s a gender thing but im sick of being compared to “beasts” or “predators” as a black person and im sure other bipoc are as well. im most directly referring to the comment likening the statement to hating brown people except one of the “good ones”. i just think we need to stop automatically pairing beasthood with minority races

im wondering if anyone else’s lists are weird as theyre coming back? i tag everything i read (thank goodness) and i know everything is still linked to my account cause i can go through my tags. but some of my read mangas are in my want to read? and my read only have the 61 ive rated before. not to mention all the dates on the want to read (even though ive read them) are fucked now. just wondering if anyone else’s lists was having a similarly frustrating experience? idk just wondering if at least the lists will sort properly and the dates will return to normal. oh, and if ill ever get notifs back

def! a lot of people have said that some mangas have been put in their “already read” list despite them tagging it as “reading” prior to the site crash.
yeah most of the things i tagged but didnt rate ended up in my want to read. my notifs are working, but since most my manga are in want to read im not getting any notifications for them. im still going to wait a bit longer cause im sad at all the dates getting messed up id keep expectations low though
i need the main two to get together so that no one else in the world has to deal with one of them as their lover like plus youre both so maladapted
