It's because of those selfish and greedy people that wasn't satisfied that Hyeonju helped them. Hopefully they're not getting out.
On a side note, I imagined Hyeonju is still alive and after they made up, she and Theo went to US so he can introduce her into his family ╥﹏╥
i finally read it. it was so good— i wouldnt say realistic but i love how the characters were flawed and complex. there were some scenes where i was anticipating some cliche storyline like them breaking up; whenever i get the feeling that this is it theyre gonna break up bcs theyre losing themselves in this relationship esp woowon who doesnt know what to do with his life and seo-an controlling it for him but then they give me a pleasant surprise of actually still be together. i like how it turned out for them. as much as there are lovers who need to break up to find themselves, there will always be those who are better together when facing life too. like them.
that said, i think the story can still have another season where they figure shit out now that it's them against the world. i would love to see seo-an without his family's influence and woowan finally having something he really really wants to do for the near future. not to be overdramatic but i root for them <<33
