I asked where they're published originally and was told "mangago," which made it seem like that person didn't understand how official licensing works. Thank you for the information on *Naver* -- all the searches I attempted only resulted in information about the webtoons version from google and reddit (I don't use twitter). With "Naver" added to my search, something should definitely come up now.
