I agree, silon's partner was probably jun's father (or maybe even older brother? In chapter 11 they show 2 photos at the funeral and he says he lost his "family" not parents and in chapter 2 jun says he wonders if his "mom saw his corpse" so some other family member seems to have died). Silon is 15 years older than Jun. Silon says he "looks similar" in chapter 3. It all tracks. This story is very interesting and I'm excited to learn more.
i still think silon himself was a test subject, if he's truly born 1980, he would have been 11 at the fall of the soviet union lol
I'm actually thinking Silon might be a clone of the original (possibly has something to do with number tattooed onto his arm) Silon - which is why he said they never met, even though Seme did in fact see a Silon at the funeral of his parents.
