Hey, so I saw this edit on yt some time ago.
It was about 2 guys, they were having an argument and (I believe the ML had black hair?) they were like in the bathroom and the ML pushed MC against the shower head so MC’s head started bleeding and he just went to bed without saying anything about it.
Ml didn’t notice that mc was bleeding but when he did, he carried him to the hospital I believe. (Mc was already asleep and still bleeding on the back of his head)

I’ve read this manga like a year ago so I don’t remember much.
What I remember:
- It was a straight romance manga
- from as far as I’ve read ( I think chapter 12 ) it wasn’t smut
- the mc ( female ) had glasses, ( dark ? ) long hair and worked as an author I think / she worked in an office where she wrote books / manga
- the mc was probably around 30
- the ml was younger than her and had this gloomy vibe ( he had short dark hair and looked as if he doesn’t sleep enough )
- I think the ml was a fan of the main characters work
- (also I think in some chapter the ml was jealous bc of some other guy )
- I personally would say it was a pretty cute story ( from as far as I’ve read )
