WHHHHAAAAT it ends like that???? Like it's not bad but it was just abrupt
Like he found out he's got a split personality and I thought it be a few chapters and then it ends
Not a time jump then re meets them and walks away happy.
This be my personal opinion...
I really dislike when artists/writers do time jumps towards the end so they can speed run to the finish line.
I feel Time jumps should only really be used in the beginning and or middle to broadly expand the story.
Similar to what others be saying It did sorta feel rush but honestly I don't mind it as much. Some stories that be similar like this would draw out 20-30 chapters just for 1 arc. Then the ending would be something completely different than what the audience was hoping for which leads in some case bad reviews.
Ending was nice and cute.
It was a good pace and honestly a 4/5 star for me. I would like some adaptions or side stories to this world.
I'm gonna have to agree with others here the ending was not great. I get the main lead has this Stockholm syndrome obsession with the guy that tortured him but if ML understands after 6 months what the guy did was wrong and trying to live a better life without him I believe if you had let the ml say "No" and walked away it would've been much well received.
Also when it comes to therapy of that nature a session wouldn't be forceful to get the information out. It be a longer process to relax and calm the patient. Then work to build that patient back up.
I'm not a fan with manga writers when they do time jumps at the end of the story just to speed to the finish line. Especially after the big drama section I think most of us would've been fine with slower story after what went down that then lead to them meeting up again in a better environment.
Now we could see side stories or adaptions cause they did leave up in the air for that ending...if that's the case then a 5/10 ending for mystery.
Here's where I feel like it could still continue due too how they said "ending." The wording felt weird around there.
After the threat was solved on the school the rest of the story felt rushed like the publisher was demanding an end to it quickly.
I understand many BLs sorta drag a story to long but this didn't feel like that due to the world the arther was building you needed the little details.
I do hope we at least get side stories, crown prince and his feelings, Jerrys family and roommates, so many opportunities.
It's such a well put together story that I could easily see this get an anime adaptation.
Overall beautiful story... funny moments. 9.5/10

WHATT!! This is where it ends, great story but ending it on a high note with only a few chapters after the big arc kinda upsets me. I feel like story could have gone just a little bit more without the feeling of it draging out too much. Hell im fine with a time skip seeing them in adult lives or even spin offs.
