You can read it on Eternalune! I think you should start reading it at around chapter 40, I'm not so sure since the manhwa kinda skipped some scenes from the novel, tho I guess it's better to read it from the start

I have read the novel and the manhwa is definitely going much more quickly. They’re cutting out the important parts where Tilia switched their cups and Tilia got reminded of the past because of George. It seriously is going way too fast.
