100% the friend was the better option. I hate reading the story and thinking about it from his POV, to see his friend from childhood get entangled with an alpha. It just makes me want to vomit.
I mean I kind of get it that mc is frustrated from being babied from his sister and him, I truly get that but at the same time thinking about it I think minwoo is a good person that cares and knows him. I think deep down inside it’s hard for him to watch his friend get claimed by another alpha, especially him as an alpha knowing damn well what it means when an alpha and omega hangout like that. Earlier in the story there was definitely room for them to be in a relationship but I feel like Minwoo backed down knowing an alpha already has eyes for his friends.
Why not give harim a chance? He doesn't even like the CEO guy, he's just nostalgic (and even before the relationship was so toxic)

One of my favourite, the main couple is soooo hot and their dynamic is truly amazing, even if their start was rocky, they truly were amazing. The only thing i don't like is the side couple(s). It would have been way healthier if the teacher understood that what he was doing was wrong (and a fucking crime btw) and if they went their separate ways. They started dating at least one and a half year before he was finished with high school. That's not normal. It would have been way better if him and the blonde one would have gotten together, not right away but with some serious development they would have made a better couple. Or at least better than the two high school boys with two literal p3dophiles.. I swear it's so weird to me that this is an actual dynamic, while I enjoy the two high schoolers as characters why the fuck do they have to end up with those guys? Also scarlet beriko is known to portray even unhealthy and controversial relationships but these two side couples, other that weird, are also not really interesting
Tbh Jay was an interesting character (not a particularly special as he was the usual "CEO" but still kind of entertaining) but the constant sexual assault and the overall lack of getting to know each other made the chemestry between him and Taemin non existent. The thing I liked more about this manhwa was that I was very invested in the story of him getting his revenge and also finding a way to keep going and all of his inner struggles. Taemin is so much better if compared to Jay, his depth and his story is so compelling and overall he is a really enjoyable character. I'm so sad because while I still enjoyed the story a lot I feel like there is something more to tell and also if Jay would have been a better person this would have been such a great manhwa
