It’s hard seeing them like this, but things started off on the wrong foot. Mokyeon lied to Nanjo from the very beginning (actually, everyone lied, didn't they? Even that naughty twink pretending to be a demure, wholesome type).
If you re-read chapters 22 through 26—when Mokyeon visits Nanjo’s place—you can see that Nanjo was growing closer to him. He even kisses him, something he hadn't been doing before. As Sunhwa revealed, he and Nanjo weren't even sleeping together anymore, and he couldn't even get an erection.
I believe that if Mokyeon hadn't exposed their hookups the way he did—and had instead talked openly about his feelings—Nanjo probably would have broken up with Sunhwa. Given the kind of person he is—someone who tries to act respectfully—I think he would have ended that relationship first before deciding what to do about Mokyeon.
Now, it remains to be seen how they’ll get back together. I just hope it doesn't take too long

I had to post my comment again because it still holds true: the art is perfect and the story has potential, but they just keep dragging things out pointlessly. Why the hell won't they just talk to each other? That’s how I judge whether a manga is good, but this one is losing its way. It’s getting really tedious.

What a pain—so much dragging things out just to tell the truth, even though there’s no reason not to. I hate it when manga pulls this kind of pointless stalling. Then, in the next chapter, out of nowhere, Chase's brother will find out first and start making threats. ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ
